Cabot Cove of Largo Inc. in Largo, FL is seeking a Full Time Evening Receptionist to support Administration with reception, customer service, and clerical tasks. The role runs 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM, Monday through Friday with possible weekend shifts to assist residents and guests.

The ideal candidate has a HD diploma or equivalent, can lift up to 35 pounds, and can pass AHCA Level II background eligibility. Dress is professional; name tags are required for community events.

Qualifications

• HD diploma or equivalent.
• Monday through Friday and as needed to include weekend and evening activities.
• Ability to lift, stand, bend or walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift and carry 35 pounds safely.
• AHCA level II background eligibility.
• Follow all Company policies including Employee Guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Attend all in-service and training as required by the community.
• Answer the telephone with a greeting and direct calls.
• Greet people entering the Community and direct them to the appropriate area; maintain sign-in books.
• Ensure residents sign in/out and safeguard the front entrance with staff assistance.
• Sort and distribute mail; forward manager's mail.
• Provide information about the Company to potential residents and maintain CRM.
• Participate in community marketing events, tours and move-ins as needed.
• Distribute employment applications to potential employees for review by Administrator.
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and ensure outdated materials are removed.
