Job summary

Cabot Cove of Largo is seeking a part-time Dinner Server to join our dining team in Largo, FL. The role involves evening shifts from 4 pm to 8 pm, with weekend rotation. You will serve residents, set tables, assist in food prep, manage seating, take drink orders, and ensure dietary needs are met.

The position is in-person, with pay ranging from $14.00 to $15.00 per hour for 16-20 hours of evening work. Schedule includes rotating weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents have great service and enjoy their dinner.
• Set tables for dinner.
• Assist cooks in food preparation for dinner.
• Assist in resident seating and ensure that they are seated appropriately.
• Take drink orders.
• Serve dinner and ensure that residents with special diets receive the correct meal.
• Bus tables.
• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and mop dining room after dinner.
• Prep, load and unload dishwasher.
• Coordinate with other servers to ensure one server is always in the dining room while residents are dining to ensure all needs are met.
• Clean, sanitize and organize kitchen for next service.
