Ideal candidates bring hospitality experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Weekend availability and a professional demeanor are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional service to residents, guests, and vendors.
• Manage building access and guest/vendor check-ins.
• Assist residents with questions, requests, and coordination of authorized vendor access.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold resident privacy at all times.
• Respond effectively to resident concerns and emergency situations, escalating when needed.
• Log daily activity, packages, and deliveries accurately in BuildingLink.
• Contribute ideas to enhance services and improve the resident experience.
• Support resident relations through timely follow-up and issue resolution.

• LOCATION: 360 Condominiums | Downtown Austin - Market District/Seaholm District (Near Republic Square)
• SCHEDULE: Full-time | Afternoon shift 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM | 5 days a week, including one weekend day.

We are seeking a polished and service-oriented Concierge to be the welcoming presence of our luxury multifamily community. As a Concierge, you will greet residents, guests, and vendors, manage building access, and serve as a trusted point of contact for daily needs while ensuring privacy, professionalism, and exceptional service at all times.

What You’ll Do
