Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a full-time Pharmacist in Phoenix, AZ to support sterile injectable manufacturing operations in a highly regulated environment.

The role involves ensuring compounding, labeling, and documentation align with FDA, USP standards, and internal SOPs, while supervising compounding and batch record verification. The position requires a current Arizona Pharmacist license and 2–3 years of sterile compounding experience, with opportunities for long-term growth within a 503B or

Qualifications

• Arizona Pharmacist license in good standing
• 2–3 years of sterile compounding experience
• Knowledge of USP, cGMP, and FDA manufacturing guidelines

Responsibilities

• Review and approve batch production records, labels, and related documentation
• Supervise sterile compounding and aseptic filling operations for compliance
• Verify and document calculations for compounding and formulation accuracy
• Monitor cleanroom operations, gowning, and aseptic techniques
• Support internal and regulatory audits, CAPA investigations, and validation activities
• Ensure compliance with DEA, FDA, and state pharmacy board regulations
• Collaborate with QA and Production to maintain ongoing compliance
• Provide guidance to technicians on cGMP and pharmacy standards
• Participate in deviations reviews, investigations, and process improvements
