Job summary

Responsibilities include routine checks on individuals enrolled in services, guiding residents and guests, answering inquiries, monitoring access and reporting to staff, and maintaining documentation per policy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Security or social service experience preferred.
• If in recovery, at least two years of continuous sobriety.
• Effective communication skills required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid GA driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine checks on individuals receiving services and their children.
• Monitor campus grounds, front gate, and facilities.
• Assist residents, their guests and officials with information during visits.
• Answer phone and direct inquiries to staff members.
• Assist with monitoring contraband entering campus via packages and vehicles.
• Maintain communication with Program Manager and staff to ensure campus safety.
• Document accurately per agency policies and maintain incident logs.
• Maintain current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Comply with all agency policies and procedures.
