Quail Ridge properties seeks a Second Shift Security Officer (3pm-11pm) to safeguard residents, guests, and property within the community. This full-time role emphasizes vigilance, gatehouse duties, patrols, and rapid incident response.

Qualifications

• Must hold Florida D&G security licenses and maintain active status.
• Unarmed Officers License D only and active license status.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid Florida Driver's License and CPR/AED/First Aid certifications.
• Military, law enforcement, EMS or security experience preferred.
• Must be insurable under Quail Ridge's motor vehicle insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Gatehouse and patrol duties to protect residents, guests and property.
• Verify guest authorization and process entrants to the community.
• Monitor grounds and homes; respond to emergencies/incidents.
• Assist residents/members and perform assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
