Job summary

Quail Ridge HOA in Boynton Beach, FL is seeking a vigilant gatehouse and patrol security officer. You will protect residents, guests, and property, enforcing rules and responding to emergencies. Duties include access control, incident reporting, and maintaining logs.

A valid Florida D & G Security license, high school diploma, and ability to lift 50 lbs are required. On-site, customer-focused role with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must hold Florida D & G Security licenses and maintain active status.
• Clean driving record and insurability required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Verify guest authorization and control access at the gatehouse.
• Assist in maintaining resident/member files and guest lists updates.
• Monitor alarms, cameras, telephones, and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Conduct interior and perimeter patrols; report violations to supervisor.
• Prepare and maintain logs, incident reports, and post-directional notes.
• Provide courteous assistance to residents and guests and maintain clean gatehouse.
