Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions – Austin is seeking reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented cleaning professionals to join our team. You will maintain clean, safe, and welcoming environments for residents and guests while delivering excellent customer service.

Two shifts available with morning options. Prior commercial cleaning experience is preferred, and weekend availability is required. Must be 18+, pass a background check, and be bilingual in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Pass a background check.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Dependable transportation required.
• Available to work weekends when required.
• Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work at a fast pace.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and ready to work for all scheduled shifts.
• Clean assigned buildings, common areas, and other designated spaces.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Vacuum, dust, sweep, and mop floors and stairs.
• Clean windows, windowsills, and other surfaces as assigned.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms.
• Assist with event setup and cleanup before and after events.
• Clean and maintain pickleball court areas and areas surrounding the pool.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked janitorial closets.
• Follow all building-specific cleaning, health, and safety procedures.
• Interact with residents and guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
• Respond professionally to reasonable customer requests and follow supervisor instructions.
• Perform additional cleaning duties as assigned.
