Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions – Austin is seeking reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented professionals to join our janitorial team. The Commercial Cleaner will maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across facilities in the Greater Austin area while delivering excellent customer service.

Shifts include morning and evening/weekend options. Applicants must be 18+ years old, able to pass a background check, and be bilingual (English/Spanish).

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Pass background check successfully.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Weekend availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and ready to work for all scheduled shifts.
• Clean assigned buildings, common areas, and other designated spaces.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Vacuum, dust, sweep, and mop floors and stairs.
• Clean windows, windowsills, and other surfaces as assigned.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms.
• Assist with event setup and cleanup before and after events.
• Clean and maintain pickleball court areas and areas surrounding the pool.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked janitorial closets.
• Follow all building-specific cleaning, health, and safety procedures.
• Interact with residents and guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
• Respond professionally to reasonable customer requests and follow supervisor instructions.
• Perform additional cleaning duties as assigned.
