Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned buildings, common areas, and other designated spaces.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Vacuum, dust, sweep, and mop floors and stairs.
• Clean windows and restrooms; sanitize and restock supplies.
• Assist with event setup and cleanup.
• Maintain pickleball court areas and pool surroundings.
• Interact with residents and guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
