Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions – Austin is seeking a Commercial Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and staff. You will clean assigned buildings, restrooms, and common areas while providing excellent customer service.

The role requires you to be 18+, pass a background check, speak English and Spanish, and have reliable transportation. Weekend shifts may be required; previous cleaning experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must pass a background check.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Must have dependable transportation.
• Commercial cleaning experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and established cleaning procedures.
• Weekend availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned buildings, common areas, and other designated spaces.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Vacuum, dust, sweep, and mop floors and stairs.
• Clean windows, windowsills, and other surfaces as assigned.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms.
• Assist with event setup and cleanup before and after events.
• Clean and maintain pickleball court areas and areas surrounding the pool.
• Maintain janitorial closets in a clean, organized, and stocked state.
• Follow building-specific cleaning, health, and safety procedures.
• Interact with residents and guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
