As a Commercial Cleaner, you will maintain clean, safe spaces, follow safety procedures, and interact with residents and guests in a friendly, professional manner. Availability on weekends and dependability are essential qualifications.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Must have dependable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned buildings, common areas, and other designated spaces.
• Vacuum, dust, sweep, and mop floors and stairs.
• Clean windows, windowsills, and other surfaces.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms.
• Assist with event setup and cleanup.
• Clean and maintain pickleball court areas and pool surroundings.
• Interact with residents and guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
• Respond to reasonable customer requests and follow supervisor instructions.
• Lift up to 35 lbs and follow cleaning procedures.
