IHG Hotels & Resorts in Washington state is seeking a Cook / Commis Chef with a passion for presentation and flavor. The role covers evening shifts on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays seasonally, with responsibilities from kitchen prep to plating and clean-up.

You will help manage supplies, equipment, and waste while upholding hygiene standards and delivering high-quality meals to guests. The role requires physical capability, basic literacy and numeracy, and the flexibility to work nights,

• Excellent communication and guest service mindset.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic maths for order accuracy.
• Flexible to work night, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsabilidades

• Make every meal a feast for the eyes and taste buds.
• Own your workstation including supplies, equipment and waste management.
• Maintain cleanliness to meet local hygiene laws.
• Assist with washing up and other kitchen duties as needed.
• Support the team with ad-hoc tasks as required.
