Clean Team Inc. in Grand Rapids, Michigan is seeking trustworthy, hardworking individuals to join our cleaning team responsible for maintaining clean and presentable commercial properties.

This part‑time evening role offers Monday–Friday shifts from 6:30 PM to 11:00 PM (22.5 hours weekly), paid onboarding and training, and weekends free for personal time.

No prior professional cleaning experience required; we provide training to help you start quickly and grow with a supportive, friendly team.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have dependable transportation to and from the assigned work location.
• Arrive on time and maintain reliable attendance.
• Be comfortable working independently and managing assigned responsibilities.
• Notice small details and take pride in maintaining clean spaces.
• Maintain a positive, respectful, and professional attitude.
• Be physically capable of standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting light items throughout the work shift.
• A background in commercial janitorial work, housekeeping, custodial services, facility upkeep, or professional cleaning is beneficial, but it not necessary to apply.

Responsibilities

• Maintain tidy, sanitary conditions in offices, restrooms, kitchens, break rooms, and other shared areas.
• Vacuum carpeted areas and sweep and mop hard-surface flooring.
• Dust and wipe down workstations, tables, counters, furniture, doors, and other fixtures.
• Disinfect commonly handled surfaces to support a healthy workplace.
• Empty waste containers, dispose of rubbish and recyclables, and install fresh liners.
• Check and replenish paper products and other restroom or break room supplies when needed.
• Handle cleaning products, tools, and equipment responsibly and follow safety procedures.
• Use provided task sheets to ensure all required areas receive proper attention.
• Manage assigned duties within the scheduled shift while meeting Clean Team Inc.’s quality expectations.
