Clean Team Inc. is seeking dependable individuals to join our part-time evening janitorial crew at our Comstock Park, MI location. The role offers a predictable weekday schedule with evenings only, 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM, 20 hours per week, with training provided on day one.

No prior cleaning experience is required; we train you from day one. You’ll clean offices and common areas, handle floors, desks, and restrooms, and help keep facilities ready for the next business day. Weekend days remain off.

Responsabilités

• Maintain cleanliness in offices, bathrooms, kitchens, break rooms, and common areas.
• Vacuum carpets and sweep/mop hard floors.
• Clean and wipe desks, furniture, countertops, doors, and surfaces.
• Disinfect high-contact areas to help maintain a hygienic environment.
• Collect and dispose of garbage and recycling, replace liners as needed.
• Monitor and replenish supplies in restrooms and break rooms.
• Operate cleaning tools and equipment safely.
• Follow task lists and established cleaning guidelines.
• Finish assigned work within scheduled timeframes with attention to detail.

Don’t have professional cleaning experience? No problem! We’ll teach you what you need to know and provide training starting on your first day.

Workdays: Monday through Friday

Shift Hours: 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM

Weekly Commitment: 20 hours

What You'll Do

As a member of our cleaning crew, you’ll help ensure that offices and other commercial facilities are fresh, orderly, and prepared for the next business day. Your work will include tasks such as:

Maintain cleanliness in offices, bathrooms, kitchens, employee break rooms, and common areas.

Care for floor surfaces by vacuuming carpets and sweeping and mopping hard floors.

Clean and wipe down desks, furniture, countertops, doors, and other surfaces.

Disinfect high-contact areas to help maintain a hygienic environment.

Collect and dispose of garbage and recycling, including replacing wastebasket liners.

Monitor and replenish supplies in restrooms and break rooms when necessary.

Operate cleaning tools and equipment according to safe-use procedures.

Work from designated task lists and meet established company cleaning guidelines.

Finish assigned work within scheduled timeframes without sacrificing attention to detail.
