Clean Team Inc. is currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Evening Janitorial & Commercial Cleaning Specialist to join our growing team in Pinconning, MI. As an Evening Cleaning Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high cleanliness standards for local commercial facilities. By executing a structured daily cleaning routine, you directly help build a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for business staff, clients, and guests.
Sanitation & Hygiene: Thoroughly clean, sanitize, and disinfect restrooms, breakrooms, kitchenettes, and shared common areas.
Surface Care: Dust office surfaces, desks, countertops, light fixtures, blinds, and window ledges to maintain a professional appearance.
Floor Maintenance: Sweep, damp mop, and vacuum carpeted areas, performing spot cleaning as needed.
Waste Management: Empty all trash and recycling receptacles, replace liners, and properly transport waste to designated disposal areas.
Inventory & Maintenance: Maintain organized supply closets, monitor cleaning product levels, and promptly report restocking needs to management.
Safety Protocols: Follow all standard safety guidelines, including the safe and correct handling, mixing, and storage of cleaning chemicals.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Possess reliable personal transportation to travel to assigned local job sites.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work productively with minimal supervision.
Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 35 lbs throughout your shift.
Previous experience in commercial cleaning, custodial work, or housekeeping is preferred, but not required-we provide comprehensive training for motivated candidates.
