This role offers a stable, part-time evening schedule from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with fully paid onboarding training. You can start with training, even if you have little experience; we provide hands-on coaching and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and dependable with good time management.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
• Physical stamina for standing, walking, bending and lifting.
• Previous janitorial or custodial experience is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities

Facility Upkeep: Perform routine cleaning duties across assigned commercial properties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, and emptying waste bins.

Sanitation & Hygiene: Disinfect restrooms, breakrooms, office areas, high-touch surfaces, and common spaces according to company standards.

Supply & Equipment Care: Safely handle cleaning solutions, maintain equipment responsibly, and notify management when inventory runs low.

Quality Control: Inspect completed work areas to ensure all facilities meet our rigorous standards before finishing your shift.
