companies. We are hiring dependable, hardworking candidates for full-time Commercial Cleaning Crew Lead, Site
Supervisor, and Field Service Manager type positions supporting office cleaning, janitorial, custodial, and other
commercial cleaning roles in the West Chester and Mason, Ohio area.

This is a full-time position only. This is not a part-time position. The role is a hands-on leadership position for
someone who can work alongside the team while also supervising cleaning specialists, training new team
members, checking completed work, and helping solve client feedback or service-quality issues. Our team
provides professional office cleaning, janitorial services, custodial support, floor care, restroom cleaning, common-
area cleaning, and general commercial cleaning for businesses and commercial facilities.

industrial cleaning, manufacturing facility cleaning, warehouse cleaning, school custodial work, healthcare office

What You'll Be Doing

As a Commercial Cleaning Crew Lead, Site Supervisor, Field Service Manager, Janitorial Lead, Office Cleaning Lead, or Working Cleaner Supervisor, you will help maintain clean, safe, and professional workplaces while supporting the team and making sure customer expectations are met.

• Serve in a crew lead, site supervisor, field service manager, or working supervisor capacity during assigned shifts.
• Supervise cleaning specialists, janitors, custodians, office cleaners, and other commercial cleaning team members during assigned shifts.
• Train new team members on cleaning procedures, customer expectations, safety practices, equipment use, and quality standards.
• Assign work, monitor progress, and help ensure cleaning tasks are completed correctly and on time.
• Inspect completed work, complete quality checks, and follow up with team members when corrections are needed.
• Address client feedback, service concerns, missed tasks, or quality issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Communicate with Envision leadership and customer contacts when needed to resolve concerns and maintain strong service relationships.
• Fill staffing or service gaps by working alongside the team when needed.

• Restocking paper products, soap dispensers, and other facility supplies
• Dusting furniture, fixtures, vents, ledges, baseboards, and other surfaces
• Cleaning glass, windows, mirrors, doors, and entry areas
• Sweeping, dust mopping, wet mopping, and vacuuming floors
• Operating commercial floor scrubbers and other cleaning equipment as needed
• Emptying trash and recycling containers
• Cleaning high-touch surfaces
• Following cleaning schedules, customer requirements, and Envision quality standards
• Safely using commercial cleaning chemicals and disinfectants
• Following OSHA and workplace safety procedures
• Reporting maintenance or safety concerns
• Working independently while maintaining strong attention to detail

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license required.

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning, office cleaning, janitorial services, custodial work, housekeeping, building maintenance, or facility maintenance is preferred but not required.
• Previous crew lead, site supervisor, field service manager, supervisory, training, or quality-check experience is strongly preferred.
• Paid training is available for motivated candidates with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality required.
