Responsibilities include scheduling, timekeeping, and completing monthly performance evaluations while promoting an engaging, safety-focused work environment for all staff.

Qualifications

• Solid oral and written communication skills required.
• High School Diploma or GED needed.
• Minimum of 2 years janitorial experience and 1 year in a supervisory or training role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site employees and clients in janitorial duties and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Provide training, feedback, and ongoing development for workers on job duties and procedures.
• Handle scheduling, timekeeping, and performance evaluations for the department.
