Ideal candidates have 1 year CNC experience, can read engineering drawings, and possess strong attention to detail and analytical skills. This on-site role offers the 2nd shift with a competitive hourly wage.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set-up and manage CNC machines to perform drilling, grinding and milling.
• Translate engineering drawings and requirements into production dimensions.
• Ensure the CNC machine operates according to company guidelines.
• Oversee machines and adjust processes to improve results.
• Check machinery daily to guarantee functionality.
• Record machine actions by completing production and quality logs.
• Communicate logistics issues that arise in the process of creating a part.
• Ensure machining results meet client expectations.
• Conduct regular CNC machine assessments.
