Job summary

Remedy Intelligent Staffing is hiring a dependable CNC Machine Operator for our Winona, MN facility. This hands-on role involves setting up, operating, and troubleshooting CNC equipment to ensure smooth material flow across the shop.

The position runs on the 2nd shift (3pm–1am, Mon–Thu) with a pay range of $21–$25 per hour, based on experience. This long-term opportunity offers weekly pay, medical/dental/vision, and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC machines is preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machining equipment.
• Operate CNC lathes including Mazak and Okuma machines.
• Perform tooling changes, fixture setup, chuck setup, and material loading.
• Read and interpret blueprints, setup sheets, and work instructions.
• Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and indicators for quality inspections.
• Identify tool wear, machine malfunctions, and dimensional deviations.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
