Qualifications

• Experience with CNC machines and reading blueprints.
• Ability to perform quality inspections using calipers and micrometers.
• Comfort with identifying tool wear and machine issues.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC equipment.
• Operate Mazak and Okuma CNC lathes.
• Perform tooling changes, fixture and chuck setup, and material loading.
• Read and interpret blueprints, setup sheets, and work instructions.
• Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and indicators for quality checks.
• Identify tool wear, machine malfunctions, and dimensional deviations.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
