Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as CNC Machinist in manufacturing.
• Proficient with mill and lathe operations.
• Experience with micrometers, calipers, and gauges for inspection.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain CNC machines, ensure proper calibration.
• Read and interpret blueprints and models to produce parts.
• Use micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify specs.
• Set up and operate multi-axis machines for complex components.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery, including cleaning and lubrication.
• Troubleshoot machine-related issues promptly.
• Adhere to safety guidelines to maintain a safe workplace.
• Collaborate with production team to meet deadlines and quality.
