Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN supervision.
• Assist with basic health care needs including activities of daily living and vital signs.
• Assist with transferring, repositioning, and mobility using proper techniques.
• Document resident interactions and communicate changes to nursing staff.
• Support wellness, recreation programs, and maintain infection prevention practices.
