Job summary

Good Samaritan, located in Kearney, NE, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide resident-centered care in a long-term care setting. You will assist with daily living activities, document care, and work under the supervision of a registered nurse to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred, but not required.
• Minimum age 16; prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
• CNA certification with State Board of Nursing or in process of obtaining certification within four months.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN supervision.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, vital signs, and psychosocial support.
• Document resident interactions and communicate changes to the charge nurse.
