Good Samaritan, a not-for-profit senior care provider, is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant for St. John’s Center in Kearney, NE. This full-time day shift role involves resident-centered nursing care, daily living assistance, and close coordination with the nursing team.

You will help with bathing, dressing, eating, vital signs, mobility, and documentation, ensuring a safe and compassionate environment. A Nebraska CNA license is required or in progress, and a generous benefits package applies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
• Must have CNA certification or be in process to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Document resident interactions and communicate changes to the charge nurse.
• Assist with transfers, positioning, and mobility.
• Support routine activities including meals, hygiene, and comfort.

Education
