Good Samaritan in Kearney, NE is hiring a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide resident-centered care in a 60-bed long-term care setting. Day shifts run 6:00 am–2:00 pm with every-other weekend and holiday rotation.

Active CNA license is required, and facility-sponsored CNA training/certification is provided. The role includes assisting with daily living activities, vital signs, and documenting care while following infection control policies.

Qualifikationen

• High school graduate or GED preferred, but not required.
• Minimum age of 16.
• Required CNA certification with the State Board of Nursing, or enrollment/certification process within four months.

Aufgaben

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned residents.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, feeding, and vitals as needed.
• Document resident interactions and communicate changes to the charge nurse.
• Maintain infection prevention, PPE usage, and participate in wellness activities.
