Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum age 16.
• CNA certification required within four months of starting.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, and eating.
• Record vital signs and report changes to the RN.
• Support transfers, mobility, and range of motion exercises.
• Maintain infection control and safety procedures; assist with meals and activities.
