Job summary

Morning Pointe Senior Living communities are dedicated to providing services that enhance the wellness and independence of senior living. As a Resident Assistant/CNA on the evening shift, you will help meet daily needs and activities of residents in a caring, secure environment that promotes dignity and quality of life.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meals, along with light housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• A can-do attitude and genuine care for others.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living to meet residents' physical, emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual needs.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and other care duties.
• Assist residents with meals and snacks and with setup and feeding when necessary.
• Perform housekeeping duties as necessary.
