Morning Pointe Senior Living is seeking a Resident Assistant/CNA to support daily living activities for our senior residents. You will assist with personal care, meals, mobility, and daily routines in a compassionate, professional environment.

Ideal candidates have reliable transportation, a positive attitude, and the ability to read, write and communicate effectively. The role requires the physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a can-do attitude and enjoy caring for others.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills required.

Aufgaben

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living for residents with respect and dignity.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other care tasks as needed.
• Help residents with meals and snacks and with setup, service and feeding.
• Perform housekeeping duties as necessary to maintain a clean environment.
