Spring Arbor of Clover Hill is seeking Resident Assistants (CNA Required) to support residents in the evenings. The role offers 6:00 AM–2:00 PM and 2:00 PM–10:00 PM shifts, with direct care under supervision and a strong focus on safety and personal assistance.

We welcome caregivers with CPR/First Aid, dementia training, and at least 1 year of healthcare experience who can pass a background health and drug screen. Come join a caring team and make a difference in residents’ lives.

Qualifications

• 18 or older
• At least 1 year of healthcare or senior care experience
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Dementia training
• Reliable transportation
• Able to pass a background check, health screening, and drug screen

Responsabilités

• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and incontinence care
• Support meals and snacks in dining area
• Respond promptly to emergency call systems
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition
• Maintain care documentation per state regulations and Allegro Living policies
• Ensure safety, infection control, and residents’ rights compliance
• Assist with resident transportation when needed and light housekeeping
• Attend required meetings and trainings
• Communicate professionally with residents, families, coworkers, and visitors

Formation

High school diploma or equivalent / CNA
