Job summary

Evergreen Knoll is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant or CNA to support assisted living residents in a warm, family-like environment. This entry-level role includes training and opportunities to expand skills while providing excellent care and medication assistance.

Shifts are available 6 a.m.–2:30 p.m., 2 p.m.–10:30 p.m., and 10 p.m.–6:30 a.m., with full-time and part-time options, including every other weekend. A supportive leadership team and benefits accompany each role.

Qualifications

• We are seeking individuals who have sensitivity and aptitude for working with the elderly.
• Medical pass experience preferred but not required.
• Candidates without experience must be willing to complete medical pass training.
• Successful candidates are dependable, flexible team players with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living.
• Passing medications and supervising resident self‑administration.
• Encouraging resident independence and engagement.
• Performing housekeeping duties.
• Observing residents and reporting changes in physical and emotional condition.
