Job summary

Sanford Health and Good Samaritan Hastings Village are seeking a Nursing Assistant (NA) to provide resident-centered care in a long-term care setting. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and support the care team under RN supervision.

Responsibilities include aiding with transfers, positioning, meals, and documentation, while following infection prevention policies and PPE guidelines. Opportunities for education and advancement are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• CNA certification with the State Board of Nursing, or in process within four months.
• Minimum annual continuing education credits (12 hours) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assist residents with bathing, toileting, grooming, meals, and mobility.
• Document interactions and communicate changes to the charge nurse.
