Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide activities of daily living (ADLs) within scope of practice and resident care plan.
• Promote a compassionate physical and psychosocial environment.
• Record vital signs, intake/output, and other information as assigned.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in assigned areas.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs.
• Assist in orientation and training of other staff.
