Park Place Health and Wellness Center in St. John, IN is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time evening shift (3:00PM–11:00PM). Must be able to work every other weekend and pass required background checks.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Indiana.
• Previous experience in long-term care is a plus but not required.
• Pass a physical, drug screen, 50-pound lift test, fingerprint for criminal background and complete a reference check.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, toileting, walking, and transferring.
• Remind residents to take medications, make beds, respond to call lights, and document care.
