Park Place Health and Wellness Center in St. John, IN is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time Day shift 7:00 AM–3:00 PM. The role supports residents with dressing, bathing, toileting, walking and transfers, working closely with other staff.

Requirements: active Indiana CNA license; prior long-term care experience is a plus; must pass physical, drug screen, lift test, background check and reference checks. Benefits include health, retirement, PTO and holiday pay.

Responsibilities
