Job summary

Park Place Health and Wellness Center in St. John, IN, part of the Providence Life Services family, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for a full-time day shift (7:00 AM–3:00 PM).

Responsibilities include assisting residents with dressing, bathing, toileting, walking and transfers, reminders for medications, bed-making, responding to call lights and documentation. Indiana CNA certification required; background checks and lifts test may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Indiana.
• Previous long-term care experience is a plus but not required.
• Must pass physical, drug screen, 50-pound lift test, fingerprinting and background/reference checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with dressing, bathing, toileting, walking and transferring.
• Remind residents of medications and document care provided.
• Make beds, respond to call lights, and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with staff to support residents' needs and safety.
