Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in Escondido, CA. You will follow each resident’s care plan, assist with daily activities, and ensure safety and comfort throughout your shift.

Responsibilities include identifying residents before procedures, documenting accurately, reporting changes to the Nurse Supervisor, and maintaining confidentiality of health information. CPR preferred and state CNA license required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a minimum 10th grade education.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Licensed CNA per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before treatments or meals using wristbands or photo IDs.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Record entries on flow sheets and charts clearly and accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident health information.
• Assist with daily activities and mobility as trained.
• Prepare resident rooms and assist with transfers or discharges.
• Follow policies on blood/body fluid exposure and safety.
