Job summary

The Bungalows at Nevada is hiring a Resident Care Associate (CNA) to join their team for weekday shifts from 2pm to 10pm in their assisted living and memory care neighborhoods. The RCA provides hands-on care per each resident’s Personalized Service Plan (PSP) and supports residents and families while maintaining a safe, home-like environment.

Responsibilities include helping with ADLs, meals, and activities; following hydration schedules; reporting changes in condition and ensuring resident

Qualifications

• High School education preferred and may be required by the state.
• Previous experience working with elders or disabled individuals, preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to perform the personal care aspects of the RCA position.
• Knowledge and experience in Assisted Living industry and Dementia care or Skilled Nursing, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participates in development of Personalized Service Plans and updates.
• Follow hydration schedule for residents during the shift.
• Complete resident meal attendance sheets and arrange room service if needed.
• Ensure residents' rights are respected and maintain safety.
• Assist with activities, monitor cleanliness, and report changes in condition.
• Respond promptly to security systems and resident call bells.
