The Bungalows at Bowling Green is hiring Resident Care Associates (CNA) to join our care team. You will provide hands-on care, support residents and families, and follow each resident’s Personal Service Plan in our assisted living and memory care neighborhoods.

Under direction of the Family Experience Director, you will perform daily care tasks, monitor hydration, assist with meals, respond to calls, and help maintain a safe, home-like environment, including mobility assistance and housekeeping

Qualifications

• High School education preferred and may be required by the state.
• Experience with elders or disabled individuals preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old to perform the personal care aspects of the RCA position.
• Knowledge of Assisted Living or Dementia care preferred; flexible hours.

Responsabilités

• Participates in the development and updates of Personalized Service Plans and attends service plan review meetings with families as requested.
• Maintains the hydration schedule established for residents during the shift.
• Completes resident meal attendance sheets and provides room service or notes if not dining.
• Knows and complies with all resident rights and provides daily care per PSP.
• Responds to security system and resident call bells promptly and takes appropriate action.
