Eastcastle Place is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant for the 2nd shift (3:00pm - 11:15pm), 32 hours per week, at Eastcastle Place. The role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, ensuring safety and quality of care, and collaborating with the nursing team to follow care plans.

Eligible candidates have 1–2 years of CNA experience, Wisconsin CNA registration, and a caring, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years CNA experience, preferably in Long-Term Care
• Active Wisconsin CNA registration
• CBRF certification preferred
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Positive, caring, professional attitude

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care while maintaining residents' comfort, privacy, and dignity
• Assist with daily activities and personal hygiene (bathing, dressing, mobility)
• Follow resident care plans and provide support as outlined
• Turn and reposition bedridden patients as needed
• Respond promptly to resident call lights
• Complete tasks assigned by the nurse
• Relocate to different care units based on resident needs
• Monitor and record intake, output, and vital signs
• Report changes to nursing staff
• Stay current with CNA training and facility policies
