Job summary

Integrated Real Estate Group is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 2pm–10pm shift. The role supports residents with daily living activities, vital signs, and medication assistance under supervision of a licensed nurse.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 6 months healthcare experience preferred, successful completion of a skills competency evaluation, and English literacy. A background check and transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: Six (6) months of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Certification: Completion of a skills competency evaluation required.
• Language Skills: Ability to read, write, and comprehend English.
• Training: Must complete a minimum of 12 hours of in-service education annually.
• Additional Requirements: Pass criminal background check, not listed on Employee Misconduct Registry, and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Vital Signs & Observation: Obtain vital signs, record findings, and notify supervising nurse of deviations.
• ADL Support: Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, incontinence care).
• Medication Assistance: Provide medication assistance with proper training and delegation.
• Mobility Assistance: Support ambulation, transfers, and positioning; wheelchair use and bed mobility.
• Housekeeping Support: Help with bed making, linens, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Documentation: Complete progress notes and documentation per the resident’s service plan.
• Communication & Safety: Report changes to supervisor; follow infection control procedures and safety precautions.
• Resident Interaction: Demonstrate respectful, compassionate attitude toward residents and their personal property.
• Professionalism: Follow dress code, provide notice for absences/tardiness, comply with policies.
• Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties within CNA scope.
