Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in South Dakota preferred.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support resident well-being and safety.
• Assist with mobility, personal care, and daily living tasks.
• Record vital signs and intake/output accurately.
• Assist with evening routines and provide companionship.
