Job summary

Legacy Pointe at UCF is hiring part-time Certified Nursing Assistants for evening shifts across Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. As an evening-shift CNA, you will help residents with personal care, dinner service, mobility, and bedtime routines while maintaining a comfortable and supportive environment.

This role requires patience, dependability, and the ability to provide compassionate assistance to residents, including those with dementia or cognitive impairment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current CPR certification meeting department requirements (incl. BLS/AED as applicable).
• One year of healthcare or residential care experience preferred; training/experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist with evening activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support dinner service and bedtime routines.
• Assist transfers, ambulation, and mobility devices.
• Respond to call lights and resident requests promptly.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition or behavior.
