Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN supervision.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing and mobility.
• Record vital signs and communicate changes to the charge nurse.
• Assist with meals and dining; support wellness and recreational activities.
• Maintain infection prevention and PPE usage and document resident interactions.
