Job summary

Sanford Health in Canby, MN is seeking a Nursing Assistant (CNA) for part-time evening shifts in a long-term care setting. Under RN supervision, you will provide resident-centered care including daily living activities, vitals, and basic health support.

Requires CNA certification or eligibility, high school diploma or GED preferred; 16+ age; training provided to obtain certification; benefits include health, dental, and a 401(k). A $500 bonus is offered to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required with the State Board of Nursing, or certification in process within four months.
• Minimum age 16; prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN supervision.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, transfers and mobility.
• Take and record vital signs and report changes to the charge nurse.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and psychosocial support for residents.
• Document resident interactions and care outcomes; maintain infection prevention practices.
