Competenze

• High school graduate or GED preferred, but not required.
• Minimum age of 16.
• CNA certification with the State Board of Nursing or in process within four months.
• A minimum of 12 hours continuing education annually.
• May be registered with UAP Registry where applicable.
• May classify as Sanford Category II Driver with a valid license as required.

Mansioni

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN supervision.
• Assist with transferring, repositioning, and walking using proper techniques.
• Record vital signs and assist with meals and dining to create a positive dining experience.
• Document resident interactions and communicate changes to the charge nurse.
