Job summary

Quitman Wellness & Rehabilitation provides resident-centered care and a culture of trust and compassion. We seek a dedicated CNA for full-time night shifts (6PM-6AM) in Quitman, TX, to uphold high-quality nursing care with strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must hold current CNA license.
• Minimum of 6 months CNA experience or clinical experience during training.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per facility policies and procedures, nursing care procedures and safety rules.
• Make resident rounds at shift start and every two hours to administer care.
• Verify resident ID before care or meals to ensure correct resident safety.
• Report missing ID bands to admissions immediately.
• Make beds and clean bedside/overbed tables.
• Ensure water pitchers are cleaned, filled, and within resident reach.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisors.
