• Ability to perform daily living tasks per care plans.

• Assist residents with daily living activities per care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor residents.
• Turn, reposition and transfer residents safely.
• Observe skin integrity and report issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control guidelines.
