Job summary

Pennswood Village in Newtown, PA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Skilled Nursing health care team. The role is full-time evenings from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., with a pay range of $22.00–$24.00 per hour.

As a CNA, you will assist residents with activities of daily living, observe changes, and support individualized care plans while focusing on resident safety, dignity, and independence. Our team enjoys supportive staffing ratios and a welcoming community.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Nurse Aide certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous related experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and dining.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to the health care team.
• Support individualized care plans.
• Document resident care and communicate with members of the health care team.
• Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and independence.
